Payment and refund policy


This document regulates the procedure for payment for services, the conditions for cancellation of registration and refunds for services provided on the VitaVertebra website (hereinafter referred to as the “School” or the “Contractor”).
By registering for any course, master class, webinar or instructor training program and making payment, the User (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) agrees to the terms of this Policy.

1. Procedure and Methods of Payment
1.1. All services of the School are provided on the terms of 100% prepayment, unless otherwise provided by the terms of a specific training program or special terms of deferral.
1.2. Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia — UAH) at the prices indicated on the relevant pages of courses or programs at the time of placing the order.
1.3. Available payment methods:
Online payment by Visa and MasterCard payment cards through a secure payment system integrated on the website (for example, LiqPay / WayForPay).
Payment by details to the Contractor's current account (FOP).
Other options (for example, payment in installments), if they are available on the page of a specific product.
1.4. The Client is solely responsible for the correctness of entering his payment details and correspondent bank commissions (if any).

2. Refund Terms
Since the VitaVertebra School services include providing access to digital content and intellectual property, the refund terms depend on the training format and the moment of the Client's application.
2.1. Refund BEFORE the start of training (access to materials)
The Client has the right to refuse to participate in the course/program and return 100% of the amount paid, if he notified the Contractor no later than 3 (three) calendar days before the official start of the course or live event.
If the application for a refund is received less than 3 days before the start, the School withholds 20% of the cost as compensation for organizational costs (booking a place on the platform, administration), or offers to transfer funds to another course/next stream.
2.2. Refund AFTER the start of training (providing access)
For online courses in recording / with automatic access: According to the legislation of Ukraine, after the Client has received a login/password and a link to the closed course materials (digital content), the service is considered to be provided in full, and the funds for it are not refunded.
For long-term and instructor courses (which are modular): If the Client decides to stop studying during its completion, a refund is possible only for those modules (blocks) for which training has not yet begun and access to which has not yet been opened. The cost of modules/open materials already completed is not refunded.
2.3. Cancellation or postponement of events due to the Contractor's fault
In the event of cancellation of a course or webinar at the initiative of the VitaVertebra School, the Client will be refunded 100% of the amount paid or, with his consent, the funds will be credited to the account of future services.
In the event of postponement of the event dates, the Client, who is not satisfied with the new dates, has the right to demand a 100% refund.

3. Refund Procedure
3.1. To initiate a refund, the Client must send an official request to the School's email address [Indicate your Email] or to the support service in Telegram [Indicate a link to the bot/account].
3.2. The request must include:
The Client's full name, specified during registration.
The name of the course/service and the date of payment.
A receipt or screenshot confirming the fact of payment.
The reason for refusing the service.
Refund details (IBAN of the card/account from which the payment was made).
3.3. Applications are considered within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt.
3.4.
Refunds are made within 14 (fourteen) banking days after approval of the application. Please note that the term for crediting money to your card depends on the rules of your bank.
3.5. All commissions of payment systems and banks for transferring funds upon return are at the expense of the Client (deducted from the return amount).
