I want to thank you for the course — for your knowledge, depth, and your attentiveness to each of us. A question arose, which I think is important for many:
how often should you take the course in full — 1–2 times a year? I understand that the basic principles become a part of life and remain with us on a permanent basis. And I’m also curious: is there an optimal time to take the course (except for Lent)? And I want to say separately — I don’t want to leave the course. It seems that everything is just beginning after its completion: a different feeling of the body, attention to yourself, a desire to continue. It is very valuable that there are communities where this state can be maintained:

The photo shows a ballet dancer. It is very interesting to observe how the VitaVertebra technology for the human body's health begins to reveal itself even in the aesthetics of ballet movement.
Working with a force wave gradually changes not only the form of movement, but also the quality of the body's support, the opening of the chest, the position of the head and neck. The soft opening of the pericardial-diaphragmatic ligament is especially important, which creates a more natural chest extension without excessive tension and "clamping of the form".
For people who have dedicated their lives to ballet, this is of particular value, because it helps to combine grace, strength, breathing and vitality into a single living system of movement.

"This is a photo with a "vital subtext" in my understanding. I deviated a little from the ballet rules here and placed my feet not inside out, but in parallel, three sets, if I may say so.
The chest extension, as in a power wave, the position of the head, etc., seem to me to correspond to the canons of the salutary.
In general, thoughts about salutary and salutary itself are now always with me in the background.
And, to be honest, it seems to me that the chest extension has become much more graceful after I got acquainted with the power wave and started doing it regularly in different variations. Now the task is to work on the lower back. So far, not very successfully. Let's smile and work☺️❤️
